At the core of all of our PrimeTime Power Penguins teams is the relentless focus on player development; it is our firm belief that players cannot reach their full potential on the lacrosse field until their core lacrosse fundamentals are rock solid. These fundamentals are at the cornerstone of our Select programs at all levels, and we work tirelessly to ensure that all players coming through these programs truly understand the game of lacrosse and what it takes to play at the game’s highest levels.
Because of this intense dedication to player development, and the expectations of quality instruction that we place on all of our coaches, we are able to truly pour all of our resources into making these 18-20 players the best that they can be, and take the time to understand how our staff can best put them in a position to succeed.
First and foremost, we believe that lacrosse should be fun! We spend countless hours on these fundamentals in practice so that come tournament time our players can have a positive experience and compete with North America’s best lacrosse programs.
We pride ourselves building young men of character, teaching players to succeed in a team environment, and instilling players with an even deeper passion for the game of lacrosse.

A NOTE ABOUT TEAM PLACEMENT: At the commencement of tryouts, players may offered a roster spot on a Blue Select team, Orange Select team, and if enough talented players choose to tryout, a White Select team. The Blue teams are the best of the best in each respective age group. These teams will compete typically out of the New England region for 2 of their 3 summer tournaments and will be placed in the highest level of competition available to the team at that tournament. The Orange teams are also very competitive teams, but are slightly below the Blue Select in skill and oftentimes will be comprised of players more toward younger end of a particular age bracket. These players will likely compete within the New England region for 2 of their 3 summer tournaments. These are the players that we anticipate becoming Blue team players with more development and competitive lacrosse under their below. A White team, though not offered at every age group, will be selected if we feel we have an extraordinarily large number of talented group of players in a particular age bracket. These players may be newer to competitive lacrosse or on the younger end of a particular age bracket.
