3 v. 3 Lacrosse Action. No Positions, No Equipment, Hundreds of Touches per game make it the absolute BEST way to prepare for your Spring season.

What is SPEED Lacrosse?

  • 3 v. 3
  • No Designated Positions
  • First team to win 2 periods wins (best of 3, 6 minute periods)
  • Teams can be boys, girls, or a mix
  • Emphasis is on FAST PACE and SKILL
  • Hundreds of Touches for each player each game 
  • The PERFECT off-season training for High School and Youth teams for skill development and team building
  • Rep your High School or Town Program against other area programs! 
  • Have FUN while getting better at the game

 Age Divisions: 5th/6th Grade (Monday Nights), 7th/8th/9th Grade Wednesday Nights

Game times between 6:30 PM and 9:30 PM Mondays and Wednesdays, 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM Thursdays

SPEED Lacrosse Teams can be boys, girls, or mixed teams!

Week 1: 11/28 or 11/30 or 12/1
Week 2: 12/5 or 12/7 or 12/8
Week 3: 12/12 or 12/14 or 12/15
Week 4: 12/19 or 12/21 or 12/22
Register as a “Team” for $775 (Max 5 Players) or “Individual” for $155.
Individuals can select up to 4 people they would like as teammates, BUT the only way to guarantee 5 together is to register as a SPEED Lacrosse team!
